Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.

• To request a cancellation, email us at info@urbangrit.in as soon as possible with your order number and reason for cancellation.

• If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still be eligible to return the item once you receive it — please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for details.

Prepaid Orders

• If your order is prepaid and you request cancellation before shipping, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• COD orders can be canceled before shipment without any charges.

• Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in restrictions on future purchases or account suspension.

Refused Deliveries

• If you refuse to accept a delivery without prior cancellation, you may be charged a restocking or handling fee, and future COD orders may be disabled.

UrbanGrit’s Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

• Product unavailability

• Payment issues or verification failures

• Suspected fraud or misuse

• Incorrect pricing or listing errors

If we cancel your order, you will be notified immediately, and any prepaid amount will be refunded in full.
